General Indemnity:
TINY HEARTS undertake to implement reasonable and generally acceptable measures with regard to the safety and well-being of all children, educators and visitors to the school. TINY HEARTS does not accept responsibility for accidents that may take place in class or on the playground.
All items sent to the school such as clothes, bags, food and drink containers should be marked / labelled clearly as to prevent loss of items.

Concent:
Herewith I, the parent of the child in this registration form indemnifiy TINY HEARTS of any loss or damages in general whilst participating in school activities, except if such loss or damage arises as a consequence of gross neglegence or willful misconduct of the school or staff.

Payment Terms/Fees:
1. The school reserves the right to charge interest of 10% on all accounts in arrears for 30 days or longer.
2. To avoid being handed over to TINY HEART'S ATTORNEYS, acknowledgement of debt needs to be signed by the above account holder and arrangements needs to be adhered to.
3. If the account is in arrears for 90 days with no payment agreement made with TINY HEARTS, the account will be handed over.
4. The above account holder agrees that they are held liable for any costs incurred by our attorneys on attorney/client scale.
5. Fees increase will take place in March each year.
6. The registration fee is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee.
7. NOTE: The account holder undertake to give 30 calender days notice of termination of the enrollment of the child in writing, failing with this will result in being liable for the full amount of the following month's fee.
8. NO NOTICE CAN UNFORTUNATELY BE GIVEN FROM 1ST OCTOBER ONWARDS.
9. The account holder agrees to pay the monthly statement by the 7th of each month.
10. Intentional and accidental damages to the premises or property of TINY HEARTS by a student is are deemed payable by the account holder except if such loss or damage arise as a consequence or gross negligence or willful misconduct of TINY HEARS and staff.

Photo Consent: I hereby give/do not give permission for my child's photo to be used for school-related social media.
